The front staff decided to leave with another person and walked outside as we were coming in. We waiting for about 10 minutes. She REAKED of smoke, never apologized when I mentioned how long we waited. She never put a sign up that said no one was there. The refrigerator made loud noises ALL night long (I almost was going to unplug it) I didn't get a good night's rest. Will not be staying here anymore.

I arrived and was told my room was no longer available. The front desk didn't offer to help at first and just walked away, then came back and did mention she can help call another hotel to ask for availability if I wanted her to call for me. After arriving to the nearby same hotel, it was not the modern style, and older style more expensive cost at that point because of same day late check in. The check in staff was great, but the staff on the following days were not welcoming at all.
