They will not give you towels if you don’t bring all your towels down to them. They do not have daily room/cleaning service. Ran out of coffee and said they were all out by 10a, refused to make more.

Our truck was offered to another guest and then when it was reto us it had coming and front end damage.

The tub wouldn’t drain when taking a shower also there was an odd knocking from the fridge all throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep.

I got there at 7:15 pm in the evening and my room still wasn’t ready. I came back 30 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. So I waited at the desk. I was extremely tired after helping take care of A sick family member member from a stroke.
