So much noisy because it's near the highway, the room was not clean iask the front desk to change it to me.

New BUT POORLY RUN!!! Service was terrible. It took a while and several try’s to find our Reservation. No body was at front desk and it took me walking around to get someone attention. Behind the front desk and in the lobby it looked like a storage room. Boxes were piled up 4’ high.

I liked the location because it is close to the downtown Bellevue and nice stores like Target, PCC Market and Trader Joe's. Thought the Front Desk poeple could be more friendly and warm. The staff in the other property in Bellevue I stayed was very warm and friendly and I felt very comfortable and safe.

Occupied Checked in and they gave us a room that was already occupied. Terrible experience for the people in the room and us

This property is in a good location but has poor facilities. The Internet was not working the whole time I was there.

We did not have a reservation at the hotel. Don't know if this was Expedia fault or hotel but they were not accommodating. Hope Expedia does not charge me for this as they did not make the reservation. I certainly don't want to spend hours on the phone dealing with a non reservation.
