BE AWARE! Elevator has been down for 4 weeks and it’s still down as of today September 1st. Very inconvenient to go up and down the stairs with luggage or to receive a food delivery. Expedia or the hotel did not notified the issue before arrival and I had no choice other than stay due to my time of arrival. Room are spacious but noticed towels did not look clean at all I found stains on more than 1 which we decided to go to Walmart to buy some towels because we didn’t want to use the ones at the hotel, found a piece of used ... read more

I wanted to like this place but the elevator was not working for the 4 days we were there, for me this is an emergency situation but it was never a concern for them I guess. The trash was overflowing and as soon as I went to the room there were 2 roaches in the kitchen. Also, the toilet had disgusting stains. The staff was friendly at least but I would not recommend this place.

Elevators not working and was charged an extra fee for staying on the 1st floor. When I got to the room the toilet was leaking and water throughout bathroom floor. Went to call the FD and the phone did not work. Walked to the FD and was told there was no maintenance on staff until morning and that it cold not be fixed until then. I was given a towel to place on the floor to absorb the water until the maintenance could fix the issue the next day. When I checked out the manager apilogized for the issues and left it at that.

Elevator was out of service and on my last night the hotel ended up having no hot water due to running out of gas.

Elevator wasn’t working and they. Hacked me in a said I had to carry bags up four flights of stairs. Didn’t want to refund my card for charges.

Disappointed for $156 Due to a lightning strike at our apartment complex, during tropical storm Debby, our building's fire alarm was set off. We decided to get a hotel room for the night. In the wind and rain, we checked in only to be told the room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn't working. When I explained to the front desk clerk, my mom is in her late 70's with a bad knee, not able to do stairs, she told me I would have to take it up with Hotels.com for a refund, there's nothing she could do.
