On New Year's Eve 2024 I reserved And paid for a room at this hotel. When I went to Check-in they refused me service even thou i had already reserved and paid for a room online. So I asked them for a refund so that I can go to a different hotel and they refused to refund me my money. I told them I had nowhere else to go and no money seeing as how they wouldn't give me a refund and i would be out on the street. I did not have a vehicle either so i couldn't go anywhere. Nearly empty room. Everything must be requested (dishes, cups, etc). Breakfast area had nothing left before it was supposed to be over.

Not exactly smoke free Booked a non smoking room , but after entering the room noticed a strong smoke smell. Asked for another room and they said they're all booked out.
