The elevator wasn't working and we had to stay on a 3rd floor.
Overpriced Old drty carpetng, out dated mn Ktchen, TV did not work, front dest not very helpfull.
Disgusting!!!! Do NOT go there it is absolutely deplorable!
Elevator not working and has been down for a while, didn't know when it will be fixed. Ice machine not working either.
Not is a good area. Locks on door broken. Linen dirty. Elevator broken. Staff unprofessional didn’t want to give “the speech” about amenities bc it’s all on the tv when I go up. Doors where slamming all night long. Smell in the room was terrible and ac/heater smelled like something was burning when turned on. People congregating in hallway to have discussions right in front of my door. Would never go back even if paid.
No Breakfast Misleading info in pre-booking online amenities. Only coffee, hot water, and very little available pre-packaged item available for breakfast. Kitchen area was sticky. Not enough soap or other bathroom items.
I booked the studio 2 bed room but when I checked in they gave me 1 bed room. This was very frustrating and inconvenient to stay since we were 4 people including 3 months old baby. Nobody informed me about non availability of 2 bed room and booking was confirmed.
El peor lugar para quedarse. Los cuartos con olor a cigarrillo y marihuana y los pasillos. De desayuno es solo cafe y snacks no es desayuno como ellos indican. El elevador no funciona te hacen subir hasta el tercer piso sin disponibilidad de mejor acceso. Los enseres te los entregan sucios.
