No room service. New towels were not provided. No soap or shampoo. The room bed and the carpet were messy

would never go back dark dirty noisy. No clean towels provided

酒店设施沉旧,服务员态度不好!懒!酒店毛巾少,服务员懒,不肯给锅碗。 还是一个老的黑人服务员,态度好一些,给找锅碗,毛巾等,总的来说服务一般。

Breakfast was a cart with granola bars and packets of oatmeal you could mix into a coffee cup with lukewarm water. The staff was friendly and gregarious. But the place is cheap and run down.

추천안합니다 룸 먼지 등 청소 상태 최악, 수건 비누등의 비치도 안되어있고 주방도구 달라고하니 없다고그러면 끝이고 아침 오트밀도 없고 이번이 두번째인데 가지마세요

I had a reservation (a copy of which the hotel had when I arrived) but there was no room available when I arrived to check in. Furthermore, this happened to two other guests during the time I was dealing with the hotel staff. The hotel's solution was to relocate me (and the other guests in my situation) to a sister hotel that was 5-miles away (and in a much worse location). It's a great location and the staff is nice but the rooms aren't clean. There were hairs in the bath tub, in the sink-- it was clear the room hadn't been properly cleaned at all between stays. The refrigerator sounded like it was on the verge of breaking down.

Shower was broke. Did not fix for 3 days. Shower was broken and did not fix for 3 days. Parking lot work without considering guests. Food was very poor.
