Floor smelled horrible and the room was musty smelling and not clean. There was a hair found in the bed and everything was sticky.

A prison is extended-stay if you don't get paroled Not one, but two non-working drains. One was quite simple: the plunger disconnected from the stopper. It would've taken me two seconds with the proper wrench to fix. But despite it being only 9-ish, I was told there was no-one on duty to service it. The "breakfast" consisted of granola bars or packs of dried oatmeal, with nothing to cook the oatmeal in in the rooms. There had been muffins, but I missed the last ones. It was okay, just disappointing. I didn't realize they allowed pets...we are very allergic to cats.

You should not say you offer breakfast. It was the worst offering we've ever seen in hotel. Rooms should be equipped with basics like coffee pot and coffe, shampoo. We had to call for everything. The ONLY positive was truly nice staff!
