Done staying at Extended Stay America I have stayed at this hotel a number of times before in the past, always booking through Hotels.com. But when I arrived on this night, I was told that my reservation had been moved to another location several miles away. Even though I've stayed there multiple times in the past, the hotel said they didn't have my phone number to contact me, and couldn't explain why they didn't notify me through Hotels.com. Upon Check in I was given the wrong room, The second attempt yielded an room that was not cleaned, the final attempt i was given a proper room but the key did not work. I had to go to the desk 4 times to get into my room!

Desk staff rude. Had trouble w soda machine he said not my job. Had no ice and no breakfast as advertised.

Dirty!!!!!!! Our first room didn’t have a working shower. When we were moved to another room, it smelt of cigarettes and there was a hair and toenail on the comforter. Very disturbing. This room also didn’t have towels, which led us to believe it may not have been cleaned.
