Upon Check in I was given the wrong room, The second attempt yielded an room that was not cleaned, the final attempt i was given a proper room but the key did not work. I had to go to the desk 4 times to get into my room!

Desk staff rude. Had trouble w soda machine he said not my job. Had no ice and no breakfast as advertised.

Dirty!!!!!!! Our first room didn’t have a working shower. When we were moved to another room, it smelt of cigarettes and there was a hair and toenail on the comforter. Very disturbing. This room also didn’t have towels, which led us to believe it may not have been cleaned.

I’m not staying here again My room always hot as hell, the AC didn’t work. My refrigerator smelled bad I couldn’t put my food in it. And there wasn’t a remote control I had to get up and change the TV

Never again I will stay 😡 they never clean my room . Garbage everywhere . Breakfast was nasty . Room falling apart ? Too much money for pure service
