When I checked into my room. Room was dirty. Smell bad. I have to move to another room. I will never stay at your property ever again. They charge $20.00 for late check out I stayed in a hotel every week for work and never have to pay for late check out.

Front office executive Diori is not patient enough and is very rude
Spend some extra bucks and stay somewhere else Bugs in my room, lots of them. Staff were not concerned about vacuumming my room either.. Thay were stink bugs and they were big.

First room they gave me was never cleaned from previous use. They didn't have the grab and go breakfast as advertised, just coffee.

When I arrived at the room the windows were being held open by metal rods, temperature outside was around 42, about the same inside. Smell of cooked food was overwhelming. Went to front desk and was behind a woman whose room had no heat and they advised her no other rooms available so no reason for me to request my room being changed. Terrible experience at this property.

The filthiest room I have ever stayed in! My first time ever sleeping on top of the sheets, windows didn't close to the room. A/c heating unit doesn't work. Total disaster due to the fact that......No one could address my issues. Not house keeping, front desk, maintenance or management. 2 days straight! Please....save your self the headache.
