Terrible Was awful. People hanging around drinking outside and playing loud music, leaning against my boyfriend’s motorcycle. Was woken up to music BLASTING at 5 am. Called the front desk to make a complaint but the music did not stop

Wow, if I only knew! If I knew the condition of this hotel was so bad I definitely would have canceled while I had the chance to. The hotel needs a makeover! Not familiar with the area but I believe I was in the wrong part of town or something. Music blaring throughout the night causing me to get no sleep. Also felt completely unsafe. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and will never stay again.

Severely limited breakfast options. No toiletries available in the room and had to go back and pick up from front desk. Same with bath towels. Odd smells in the hallways.
