Staff was kind; however that is all that I would give credit to. Zero sleep; the entire night was loud thumping and banging above us. Dog hair all over the bed… smelly hallways…. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months…… worst stay I have ever had. Thankfully I was approved for a full refund. Oh, and very close to the highway, lots of highway noise. I think a lot of people live here as permanent residents,…

After booking into my hotel room I was appalled by the conditions. Torn up chairs, hole in door, air machine mucky, ac blowing cold air and window jimmied so that entry could be made into the room from outside. A property built about two years. I left and got my money back and found another hotel.

The only good thing about this property was the price. This is my second time to stay at this property, the first one being a little over a year ago. If you are on the highway side of the building, it is quite noisy in the morning with rush-hour traffic. in the middle of the night, the Providence police came in, pounded on a door down the hall, apparently arresting someone. One of the worst places I have ever stayed Gouged walls, dirty stinky halls, worn toilet handle, stained sheets that were clearly not changed. I honestly thought about just sleeping in my car instead. It is too bad because the location was great for my work and I would definitely been back under better conditions. The staff was the one bright spot.

It was just gross. Rooms were dirty and run down, hallways filthy; had to ask for a blanket bc there were none in the room. Very noisy. I think it also served as a low income housing solution for the city and a migrant shelter, but of course the listing won't tell you that.

Unprofessional lack of communication I was denied a room without given a reason. Was given A number but the office is closed on weekends. I now have to wait until Monday to call and ask why I was denied a room.

Don’t just don’t This was the worst hotel I have ever stepped into. After checking in, my husband and I had our money refunded and we left. The floors were sticky, no toilet paper, and the towels were crusty. The initial impression was disgusting! The floors were dirty and vagrants were loitering in the halls.
