There were no pillow covers on pillow. No curtains in the shower. Bed sheet had stains. Floor were sticky and dirty.

Spin services was convenient to have in the area. Rooms smelled and outdated Hallways smelled and dirty and needed vacuuming Breakfast was not enough, recommend eggs sausage and eating areas.

Stains throughout. Loud - can hear neighboring rooms. Bed on metal rack instead of norm headboard/rails/footboard- slides on laminate floors. Poor breakfast options and at the time of my stay broken elevator (building 4 floors)

Bunch of Gnats in the room The room was infested with gnats. Could not even sit properly without two or three flying in my face. We complained within an hour of being in the room and we were told there was nothing they could do because there were no vacancies. I even asked for a spray of some sort to Atleast get rid of some/all of them and no luck.

The room had a strong urine smell and felt unclean in general, no tv remote

This was an extremely disappointing experience. The room was not ready until 6 p.m. when check-in was supposed to be at 3 p.m. Even after having to wait for the room to be ready, there were no towels available. Towels still not ready for use when we returned to the room at 11 pm that night. And still no towels at 6:30 am next morning. Couldn't use the shower during our overnight stay. And the grab-and-go breakfast consisted of a half dozen pre-wrapped muffins. Didn't even have napkins!
