It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. But it smelled like a marijuana joint. Right next to the I-95, it was very noisy. The whole place was quite old. All the utensils and glasses or anything that was expected in a room with a kitchen was available only upon request. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee tasted terrible.

Bad Service by the people work there, i rent 3 days, & they said to me they can't make my bed & they can not Put new Bath towels in my Room... i travel a lot around USA, i know many hotels & all the time they do that for me, This time is really Sad how they work here/there, FRONT DESK, Bad Bad Service, they don't care, when we are paying for good service & nice enviroment!!!... First time after many years i had Bad Service in hotel, The Sad situation is that this HOTEL is one of my favorites...👎😕

Long wait at check in because room is not ready; after get to the room terrible odor; mold around window as well as around the air conditioner; floor very dirty ; foods on the floor. I stay on 2nd floor but 3rd floor very noise looks like someone ran around all the time. I need to cancel 2nd night.
