Mold inside my hotel room I already emailed the property with my complaints. I found black mold in the bathroom above the shower/ bathtub. I am allergic to mold and I have never come across any mold in any hotel rooms before. The is a health issue for me and I want to be refunded.

Won’t Stay Again Started off horrible, front desk said they didn’t have a double room and said Hotels.com should have notified me about that but Hotel.com confirmation email just a few days prior said all was good. Had to take a single room or go elsewhere. Front desk could use more training, many delays using their system and asking for help. The outside looks nice from the pictures but the area does not seem safe. If you're unlucky enough to have a room facing the highway, you'll hear that noise all night. The smell of weed was constant. The room was run down, towels were low quality. The front desk workers were not friendly. Would not recommend this hotel, especially if you have children.

Not great Booked a smoke free room and it smelled like cigarettes. Ordered 2 queens in my room and it was a Queen and a pull out sofa And had to request extra sheets because it wasn’t set up. Ash found in fan vent. Garbage in drawers. Didn’t seem to cleaned before our stay. Breakfast was extremely limited. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Some pros: Full fridge, and two burners and microwave

When I arrived for check-in, there was only a cleaning person at the front desk. I was told that the 'internet' down, and that they could not check me in even though I had a reservation. I was turned away!!! I was then transferred to another telephone number, who ended up being a person who had not worked at this location for 6 months!! and was very angry that I was given their phone number.
