There was such a horrible stench throughout the building we left for another hotel. The desk clerk understood. Seems as though people are living there. Also seems like these are ongoing and continuous problems.

We are a family of four. Had booked a bed with a sofa bed. There were none available, checking in at 9 in the night with two kids, they were not ready to refund the booking , they were unable to replace the room or give an extra mattress. Infact they showed us a room which had two beds but not clean so couldnt be used. We had to sleep on the floor without a mattress. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I am never booking with extended stay again!!!!

Floors were dirty. Room reeked of bleach. The beds were the least comfortable I’ve slept on in years.

We waited 45 minutes for staff at 11:30 PM to make our room ready.

Place was very dirty and we requested to clean the room and change bed sheets . The room attendant behaved very rudely and said its a cheap place what you expect. If you want clean go to some expensive place. I request expedia to remove this property from site. Its way way below any standard, unsafe and unhygienic.
