The room AC didn’t work and we couldn’t sleep at night.

I understand It was an extended stay hotel/motel. That doesn’t mean slacking on cleaning is okay. Ac didn’t work. Toilet covered in urine (under side of seat). Hair everywhere in the bathroom. Just a bed to sleep in. That’s all this place was. Never again.

Very bad smell, can’t sleep, also it‘s too much noisy because face to so close 95 highway

Terrible Was awful. People hanging around drinking outside and playing loud music, leaning against my boyfriend’s motorcycle. Was woken up to music BLASTING at 5 am. Called the front desk to make a complaint but the music did not stop

Wow, if I only knew! If I knew the condition of this hotel was so bad I definitely would have canceled while I had the chance to. The hotel needs a makeover! Not familiar with the area but I believe I was in the wrong part of town or something. We arrived in Providence, tired from the journey, got in our room, and were totally shocked and disappointed at the condition of the room. Music blaring throughout the night causing me to get no sleep. Also felt completely unsafe. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and will never stay again.
