Front desk receptionist were unprofessional and joking around while i was waiting to get checked in. The hotel room itself was disgusting, smelled weird, not cleaned well. The bathroom did not have a curtain, didn’t close, and was a hole in the bathroom door. Definitely will not be returning.

NEVER STAY HERE The hotel is totally incompetent. The electrical outlets didn’t work. Drugs were sold in the parking lot. The FREE breakfast consist of cold coffee and stale granola bars. The front desk lost the room reservation after confirming both the room and 3rd party incidental form they require. Front desk had the nerve to say they were going to charge me extra for giving the wrong spelling of the name. DO NOT STAY HERE you’d be better sleeping in your car

Over Extended in Providence Rooms were absolutely unclean. Sink drain was completely blocked. The arm chair and the mini couch were utterly pilfered. You can see the pictures for theselve. No body should be subjected to this type of unhospitable conditions even as a non-paying visitor and we were extorted here. I rented three different rooms over the course of the las 14 days for myself and my team, and it has been a regret to withness Exteded Stay facility in this type of deplorable condition. One of the terrible stay i had in this property. Most of the items in this property was either damaged or not usable. The window blind was broken, the couch and the chair's was so old that it started to fall off their skin. There was water clogging problemin both at the wash basine and at the shower drain. Also, there was no coordination between the staff in this property. One day before my check out, i had requested for a late check out. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE, the room was dirty , when you ask for this that should have been in the room they tell you that they are out or the people there steel them. We were there three days and the same trash was in the hallway the whole time, the never cleaned the common areas the grab and go breakfast was a joke , just granola bars and coffee, the bed only had two pillows for two people and when asked for another one they said they don’t have any , people permanently living there as that that was their apartment and the... read more

Never again will we stay ar Extended Stay Floors were dirty. No cups in bathroom, no kitchen amenities. Silverware (2 forks and a spoon) in a dirty drawer. The carpet in the hall looked like big grease spots in front of the doors. Very off putting! A tiny bottle of shampoo. Only benefit were beds were pretty comfy and good AC.
