Noisy people slamming door , the bed was not comfortable it was hard, bathroom floor was dusty and hair all in the floor.

Breakfast was a packet of oatmeal - there was also no coffee despite advertising of breakfast. When we asked the staff they kept deferring to ask the manager. One manager at night was concerned they other did NOT care.

The first room I got was dirty, hair and coffee drips on the floor and hair between the sheets. The smell was rancid more like sweat. Second room I got was much better. Front desk apologize great personality

The place was dirty. Kept finding other people's hair all over my room, on the floor, in the bed, in the shower. When I checked out, I accidentally left a speaker and a sentimental item, my son's pillow that he's had for 10 years, of course the hotel "couldn't find them". Sleezy employees, they really just could have kept the damn speaker, the pillow meant a lot to my son. Thanks for nothing.

My room had roaches, there were scratches on all walls and a hole in the bathroom door. Staff said they couldn't reduce cost because I purchased through expedia.
