The shower had hair in it. I know cost was cheap but still. I had an event at casino. This hotel was very shady

😒😒 Was ok, WiFi service and below par having to pay extra for better WiFi service, they say it’s non smoking but you can people are still smoking inside the rooms. Wasn’t fond there maintenance service when it snowed and took more then two days for the sidewalks to be cleared

This is not a hotel, its a public housing complex. Expedia should their standards if they work with franchisees like this. We waited 1 hour to check-in because the clerk left for the day and the next shift didn't start until 4pm. When she checked us into our two rooms, 1 room hd no toilet seat and the other had not been cleaned. Stove too was dirty, beds were not made and floors not cleaned. When we went downstairs to complain because there was a line of people waiting to ask for toilet paper. Trust the reviews.

Not a hotel, a motel with interior doors Rude front desk guy. Dirty plastic gloves in front of our door. Window in our room was wide open ..outside temp was in the 30s... It never closed properly. Has full kitchen but unstocked: no plates, cups, utensils, pans, etc.

The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The room smelled terrible. We had to keep the window open all night just to get some semblance of sleep. The room and bathroom were dirty. The halls and stairwells smelled of marijuana. I could go on.
