I was given a room on the first floor. On the second floor, someone was walking and walking very noisily, I could not sleep. As soon as I entered I noticed that there was no hair dryer. I asked reception to bring me a hair dryer and said that the bin was full in the bathroom. The room was dirty. There was only one tube of shower gel. The worst part was that the trash can in the bathroom was full. For breakfast there was only coffee, there was not even cream, there was not a single bag of porridge.

I never got to stay there. When i got the hotel there was no room available. Me and my children spent the night in my car that day..still I got charged, i have been asking for refund since i got nothing. There is no number that i call, i need my refund

That entire hotel stunk. No iron in my room. Staff was friendly though.

The kitchen did not have utensils, coffee, cups… nothing. The location is inconvenient behind warehouses. There were no restaurants nearby.

When we got there, they said that they did not have our double queen bed that we booked available because the company switched systems. They only had 1 queen bed and there were 5 of us. Luckily I had a air mattress in my car or we would’ve been screwed. The staff were very helpful and give me a half off discount because of the inconvenience considering I was coming from out of state to celebrate a birthday. I would not recommend staying here. nothing in the room-- no coffee maker, no kleenex, only 2 towels for 2 people for several days

This property was so disappointing. We checked in at 7pm and the room still wasn't ready. They sent us up and the housekeeper was still cleaning the room. She told us she was one of two working that day and had been working for 12 hours. We felt bad for her. The room had no amenities at all. They left two towels for us and 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. There was no hair dryer and no tissues or wash cloths. Location is right next to a very noisy highway.
