Not great Booked a smoke free room and it smelled like cigarettes. Ordered 2 queens in my room and it was a Queen and a pull out sofa And had to request extra sheets because it wasn’t set up. Ash found in fan vent. Garbage in drawers. Didn’t seem to cleaned before our stay. Breakfast was extremely limited. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Some pros: Full fridge, and two burners and microwave

When I arrived for check-in, there was only a cleaning person at the front desk. I was told that the 'internet' down, and that they could not check me in even though I had a reservation. I was turned away!!! I was then transferred to another telephone number, who ended up being a person who had not worked at this location for 6 months!! and was very angry that I was given their phone number. The check in was horrendous! I will NEVERstay at this property again. It’s more of a homeless shelter than a hotel!

The bed uncomfortable

Noisy people slamming door , the bed was not comfortable it was hard, bathroom floor was dusty and hair all in the floor.

Breakfast was a packet of oatmeal - there was also no coffee despite advertising of breakfast. When we asked the staff they kept deferring to ask the manager. One manager at night was concerned they other did NOT care.
