Property was run down. Room was not particularly clean with black hairs in bathtub. Room smelled like the smoke-multiple guests and staff members (on break) smoking right outside property so guests like myself that were on the first floor could smell the smoke coming in. NO ice machine anywhere in building-had to go to Stop and Shop and get bags of ice which was very inconvenient. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Was not given the room that I reserved and was downgraded to a room with a single bed. Then told hotel was sold out.

One room smelled like chemicals. They switched us. That room smelled like cigarettes. We demanded a refund.

There was no “grab and go” breakfast that the front desk person told us there would be. The room above us, was LOUD and noisy all night. I had to call the front desk at 3:30AM, to let them know. We could did not get any sleep. The hallways were dirty and not maintained. The bathroom was left with pubic hair in the shower and a half of a roll of toilet paper. The entry way outside of the front door was very dirty with overloaded trash cans. The evening front desk man was very lazy and not attentive at all.

The booked room was downgraded without any notice. I booked a 2 Queen beds room. They put me in a single double bed room without any expectation or discount. When I found out that it was not the room I booked and complained, they said the type of the rooms was overbooked…now you tell me? They gave us another room for free to accommodate 2 beds but I didn’t like the way they handled. Also, you hear all noises and I couldn’t sleep at all.

Mold inside my hotel room I already emailed the property with my complaints. I found black mold in the bathroom above the shower/ bathtub. I am allergic to mold and I have never come across any mold in any hotel rooms before. The is a health issue for me and I want to be refunded.

Won’t Stay Again Started off horrible, front desk said they didn’t have a double room and said Hotels.com should have notified me about that but Hotel.com confirmation email just a few days prior said all was good. Had to take a single room or go elsewhere. Front desk could use more training, many delays using their system and asking for help. The outside looks nice from the pictures but the area does not seem safe. If you're unlucky enough to have a room facing the highway, you'll hear that noise all night. The smell of weed was constant. The room was run down, towels were low quality. The front desk workers were not friendly. Would not recommend this hotel, especially if you have children.
