There was dead cockroaches on the shelves and dead cockroaches underneath the sheets and blankets. The whole room reeked of cigarette smoke and it was a nonsmoking room. In fact; the whole hallway reeked. Continental breakfast was pitiful and staff ignored customers.

It was awful It was dirty it was disgusting. It wasn’t quiet. I had people stomping over me at 5:30 in the morning with no regards for the people below them just smell my room smelled like cat urine and it just wasn’t clean or I didn’t really feel safe I don’t really know what’s going on in that hotel but you should check the activities and the people you let stay there I would never recommend it in fact, I actually told everybody I know not to go there

I was completely disappointed with the staff and biggest problem was we found cockroaches in our room. NOT HAPPY AND NOT OK, should be compensated for that alone, had to beg for toiletries also, and bring used towels to the front desk ourselves before we could have new ones, never had this experience anywhere I’ve ever stayed, HORRIBLE

Upon walking into my room, I was greeted with two large dead bugs on the floor. One was a hornet, probably died from not being able to escape. But the other was possibly a roach - could not tell, but it was gross either way. No soap was included in the room and the floors were not clean. Had a hard time sleeping since you can hear through all the walls. Above and beside me, TVs blaring all night. Could hear conversations from the parking lot really well too. Was a rough night.
