Very bad service the beds wrinkled as if the sheets had not been changed, the smell of urine in one of the beds, the smell of the unpleasant room, I am asking Mrs. Keren for a refund and they do not answer me

Worst hotel in Providence. The smell was disgusting, like fried chicken everywhere with a combination of weed. No cleaning was done for the entire stay (7 nights). Internet failed every 5 minutes. Location is horrible, I asked for the manager, she never got back to me. The worst hotel I have ever stayed. The noise, the were always guests smoking in every entrance, trash on the hallways. And the hotel was not cheap at all.

Don’t stay here Very disappointed in that it advertised as suite, but no coffee pot, ice bucket, dishes, cookware or utensils provided. Not worth what I had to pay. Never stay at this chain ever again.

Peeping Tom Hotel staff member walked in on me while I was bare butt naked. This was about two hours into my stay at this hotel. Although the staff member apologized I still feel completely violated by this experience and I believe they should have more aware that the room I was staying in was occupied.

Had to leave three hours in because the hallways reeked of smoke, the bedding caused itching that could have had fleas and overall just an unpleasant experience that was misrepresented

We stayed at Woodspring Suites1year ago and was very impressed. However, our stay from 7/14 to 7/20 was horrible! The noise was terrible. Slamming doors, people screaming and cursing at all hours. Our room looked like they forgot our reservation and they stuck us in this empty room.I undertand thay Woodspring has a contract with the state to rent rooms at a reduced rates to the homeless and underprivilaged but this p!ace was run over with barefoot drunks. I will not be staying at this hotel again
