The first room I got was dirty, hair and coffee drips on the floor and hair between the sheets. The smell was rancid more like sweat. Second room I got was much better. Front desk apologize great personality

There were bugs in the room. Unfortunately I found it until the morning, but that discussed me.

The place was dirty. Kept finding other people's hair all over my room, on the floor, in the bed, in the shower. When I checked out, I accidentally left a speaker and a sentimental item, my son's pillow that he's had for 10 years, of course the hotel "couldn't find them". Sleezy employees, they really just could have kept the damn speaker, the pillow meant a lot to my son. Thanks for nothing.

My room had roaches, there were scratches on all walls and a hole in the bathroom door. Staff said they couldn't reduce cost because I purchased through expedia.

I was given a room on the first floor. On the second floor, someone was walking and walking very noisily, I could not sleep. As soon as I entered I noticed that there was no hair dryer. I asked reception to bring me a hair dryer and said that the bin was full in the bathroom. The room was dirty. There was only one tube of shower gel. The worst part was that the trash can in the bathroom was full. For breakfast there was only coffee, there was not even cream, there was not a single bag of porridge.

I never got to stay there. When i got the hotel there was no room available. Me and my children spent the night in my car that day..still I got charged, i have been asking for refund since i got nothing. There is no number that i call, i need my refund
