The front desk is not open 24hrs/day!! There was a person that kept knocking on my door, in the middle of the night. It took me a half hour to talk to someone that was in maintenance, they got the live in attendant, who took care of the situation. The person left the next morning. I couldnt sleep that night because of the incident. Asked the Saturday evening desk clerk for an extra pillow, she told me im only allowed two, and they didnt have any more. For the $150/ night the experience was completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!

No hairdryer, no iron table, no coffee cups inside the room with coffee packets. No shampoo or conditioner. Didn’t know if Beds were even cleaned properly . Very disappointing

The bedroom was not clean. The bathroom smelled like smoke. The floor was full crumbs

The room was destroyed by wheelchairs. There were literally holes in the walls everywhere
