We book one night stay expecting to be a nice clean hotel but as the moment we walk in to the place we could tell it was rundown in the room was scratches in the wall the floor was dirty with a sticky spill the furniture was outdated and not nice the sink smell bad and we barely had shampoo We ended up getting another hotel room because we couldn’t handle it

When I arrived, the front agent came from the bathroom after 15 minutes of ringing the phone for my reservation. She was quite rude. The rooms smell dirty, they did not provide new linen nor housekeeping. I won’t reserve here again.

BAd services Only two towels, no water, no coffee, no sheets, no people in front.

Since we are more of an extended stay, we allow our guests to customize their experienced and only pay for the items that they may need or want to use.
