* Good location - right off Interstate 95 (but see below) * Plenty of parking * Price is moderate However there are several things off with this prorperty: * Location: Being besides I-95, it does gets noisy starting early morning through late night. * Smell: Strange foul smell from the bathroom that gets into the entire room (Cannabis or whatever), which eventually goes away after both the bathroom fan and A/C are on for a while. * Cleanliness: Several towels had stains in them, Full sized sofa bed had a soiled sheet. As i remodel a tenant bathrooom, i places them in the extended stay in what ithought from the pictures was a nice two bed room. Tenants reported that at night there was domestic violence calls, people just hanging out around the property which made them feel unsafe. Once inside the bathroom toilet seat was broken, blinds broken, mold in the ceiling, dirty vent, cabinets missing doors just very poor conditions. Everything was much dirtier than I am accustomed to. I did not sleep well due to the proximity to the highway and loud hallways.

No Sleep There is nothing to do here. As soon as we crawled in bed the fire alarm went off so we had to wait for that to be cleared by firemen. Then we got no sleep because of people screaming in the hallway and people above us making noise all night. In the morning we found cockroaches in the sink. Pretty sure I was bit by bed bugs.

It looking better online/sketcy hotel This property is in poor condition. The environment was so sketchy. As I pulled up to check in I saw people hanging outside smoking, a group of people hanging outside in their cars… the room had a musty scent. I ended up canceling my order the very night… because I felt unsafe…
