Loud and Dirty I arrived very tired around 4 after a long drive and just wanted to nap for an hour or two. I checked in and immediately heard loud thumping above my head. I thought it would pass and laid down and listened to it for a full hour straight. I reported it at the desk and was told that the kids that stay there just got home and they would speak to them. This is the worst stay in my life. I was bitten by bed bugs. The staff were terrible.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! The bed was pulled out from the wall and in the middle of the room. It was not made and there were stains all over the mattress. There was an old leather couch in the room that was ripped all over it. There were men walking around the building and tried to approach me and my friend. When I was checking in we were warned about them. I did not even stay in the room. I got our stuff and left. There was no staff at the desk to speak to about anything.

The room ,with the nasty sofa Our room was discussing, we walked in and saw a really big arem Chair ( sofa) with the material ripped off and all the foam showing dirty and nasty.We tried to ignore it,but after 3 hrs we checked out. No refund, No apology, just business as usual. Will never stay at an extended stay hotel again. I probably won't be using Hotels com again either

Everything was dirty. Towel and bed with hair in it. Smelt bad. Getto

Condition of sofa and sofa mattress were terrible. Mattress had lots of stains. Found few cockroaches too.

Don't stay here. I checked in and the rim was absolutely disgusting. Holes in the wall, the chair was ripped and gross, cabinet fronts were broken off and missing. Immediately turned around and asked the front desk for a refund. They claimed hotels.com had to refund me. Hotels.com claimed that the hotel had to refund me since i chose "reserve now pay at hotel". Neither multi million dollar company gave me my money back and I used a different app to book a different hotel.

I already complained about this property to the Expedia agent via text on Sat 3/30. The stay was bad enough that I asked for a refund. I have not heard back after my initial complaint. I am still requesting a refund. Please let me know the status on that. Thank you.
