First room tv was broken, bed was a box spring with springs sticking out. Bathroom didn’t work. Cabinets broken. Fire detector over stove was burnt with wires hanging out. Second room was dirty with with bugs and roaches. Tv didn’t work cabinets were broken. In towels or soap. Fire detector over stove broken. Chairs were ripped and missing parts of the cover.
Avoid this property. Very dirty, smelly, noisy. No towels were given, no soap, no shampoo, mold on ceiling in bathroom, sheets stained all over, holes in the walls, cabinets missing doors. Absolutely horrific. Checked out after first night. Only reason I stayed there after seeing the room was that there was no vacancy anywhere else.
So bad here I felt bad for the staff Hotel is in very poor condition, very beat up, very dirty. Room was really beaten up with rips and gouges in furniture, fixtures & floors. TV has streaks and dark spots. Many guests complaining at the front desk at check in about various problems. Offered breakfast was only some stale coffee & a few plastic wrapped muffins. Very poor. Seemed to be understaffed and overrun with issues. The place is in bad need of renovation. The carpets in the hall were particularly nasty. Gross place and ... read more

* Good location - right off Interstate 95 (but see below) * Plenty of parking * Price is moderate However there are several things off with this prorperty: * Location: Being besides I-95, it does gets noisy starting early morning through late night. * Smell: Strange foul smell from the bathroom that gets into the entire room (Cannabis or whatever), which eventually goes away after both the bathroom fan and A/C are on for a while. * Cleanliness: Several towels had stains in them, Full sized sofa bed had a soiled sheet. As i remodel a tenant bathrooom, i places them in the extended stay in what ithought from the pictures was a nice two bed room. Tenants reported that at night there was domestic violence calls, people just hanging out around the property which made them feel unsafe. Once inside the bathroom toilet seat was broken, blinds broken, mold in the ceiling, dirty vent, cabinets missing doors just very poor conditions.
