The manager / aftendant allegedly inspected the room prior to going to the room and the sheets and blankets were from the previous occupants. The towels were wadded up and dirty. I had to remake the beds myself and there were no pillow cases and the clerk asked me to bring the old linens down to him. I sen the same message to Extended Stay. With no reply. I will never recommend Extended stay and use other hotel sites in the future.

Room was clean but that’s probably the only positive thing. Housekeeping was scarce, towels were dirty and the room only came with one set of towels. When I asked for more they brought me some dingy stained blue towels because they were apparently washing the other ones. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in days. Definitely won’t be staying there again unless it’s my only choice

Property was very dirty

Bad cigarette smell on the 4th floor. Hallway rugs smelled bad. Chair in room was worn out..

I dont know how Expedia even consider this homeless shelter a hotel

The only good thing I could say about this property is that the front desk guy was super nice and helpful and that the bathroom was clean. Other than that, the place was pretty bad. Mostly because it was so dirty. The elevator smelled and the had dirty floors, the room had a chair that was filthy, we had to put a blanket over it. There were no plates or utensils even thou it had a full kitchen. There were no pillowcases on our pillows and no ice at this property. Also the hallways were smelly and dirty.

Loud and Dirty I arrived very tired around 4 after a long drive and just wanted to nap for an hour or two. I checked in and immediately heard loud thumping above my head. I thought it would pass and laid down and listened to it for a full hour straight. I reported it at the desk and was told that the kids that stay there just got home and they would speak to them. This is the worst stay in my life. I was bitten by bed bugs. The staff were terrible.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! The bed was pulled out from the wall and in the middle of the room. It was not made and there were stains all over the mattress. There was an old leather couch in the room that was ripped all over it. There were men walking around the building and tried to approach me and my friend. When I was checking in we were warned about them. I did not even stay in the room. I got our stuff and left. There was no staff at the desk to speak to about anything.
