Staff was great and patient and kind. The room itself was small and not ideal for me . But if someone who is looking to stay a night without much expectations this is a good place . I did not stay after seeing the room so hopefully those who have stayed full nights can give a better review. Thank you staff for being kind

Not a Good Experience Cabinet doors and drawers missing in kitchen. No coffee maker. No cups in kitchen or bathroom. Lights burned out. No ice in ice machine. Requested noon checkout at desk - housekeeping woke us up before 11am. Dirty towels in bathroom.

Room was extremely dirty with hair and dirt on the bed like an animal had been in the bed. Room smelt like animal as well. Guy at front desk was very nice and let us change our rooms but the cleaning staff needs to step up and make sure the rooms are clean.

We spent one night here on a quick trip to visit family in Providence. The bed was comfy and the heat/ventilation system worked great (important on a cold winter weekend!). There was some hair on the vanity in the bathroom, but the rest of the unit seemed clean. We were provided with only one bath towel. The breakfast is a joke. It was nutrigrain bars, packaged muffins, and instant oatmeal. No juice, no tea. Place smelled of piss and weed. Very loud guests

First of all, when I arrived at 1:40am on Saturday, 12/14, the front desk clerk told me they had overbooked for the evening. I had to then find another hotel to stay for the rest of the night, and it's impossible to book a hotel online for the night after midnight. Second, I haven't gotten a refund for this extreme inconvenience. I didn't end up finding another hotel to stay in until an hour later, and having only gone to bed after 3am, I had to work this morning 10am. This overbooking was totally unnecessary and rude.
