This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The lobby furniture was filthy. The carpet in the hallways were filthy, littered with trash and dry gum. When i got to my 1st room, as soon as i opened the door, there was an awful smell, like the room hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bed coverings had stains and the floor was sticky. Very thin walls! We could hear the TV from other rooms, there was also a lot of adult activity that was very noisy. For the bedding, there was just one sheet, no blanket, and three flat pillows for two adults.

Bedsheets had red stains, walls had stains,when turning on bathroom lights it made a loud banging noise. In addition I could hear the 95 south highway car noises so clearly. This is a pet friendly hotel and there was a grey bulldog being walked around while I was checking in. This dog looked like he could eat me. I felt unsafe.

Awful on all levels. Never giving this chain my business again. Slow reception, bugs in the room, dirty. Should be labeled as a motel.

Avoid at all costs I immediately checked out after seeing and smelling the room. Front desk was supposed to process cancellation but apparently I will have additional issues once I return home
