Room had cobwebs in the corner over bed. Shades of Charles Dicken novel. Cob web blowi g in the breeze. Floor must have been washed with dirty water. Shoes stuck to floor like a cartoon character Microwave had crumbs in it. Refrigerator had not been washef Moved to a different room and counter had dried food on it Front desk person would not give 2nd key until I brought back key from move from cob web room. To dirty counter room

Very unsatisfied I purchased the room thru a 3rd party and as soon as I got there the receptionist told me I don’t know why the payment went thru but I don’t have any rooms available so I need my refund like today

Went i check in and go my room key first thing there were no pillow cases, no iron and no remote control. Floor was sticky, overall not a good stay.

Upon my arrival staff stated room had been painted. When i git in room it smelled of paint & bkavk hairs everywhere. I checked out early

horible Hôtel assez correct niveau service déjeuner a fuir juste un café pas de déjeuner. Et surtout des cafards dans les chambres horrible...... Wifi très très très lent impossible de regarder écraser une voiture Video!!!!!!!!

The location was fine. The frontdesk Brian was far from courteous and lacked every customer service skillset.The complimentary breakfast was granola bars and instant oatmeal packets. Definitely not what I am used to nor what I consider complimentary breakfast. Check your windows it looked like someone tried to breakin from the look of the bent screen. Location was filthy. Got into my room and noticed bugs on my couch bed and my room bed. Highly unsatisfied with what the hotels response was to the situation. They did not help what so ever and I was not the only unhappy person. 2 others in line were also complaining about the bugs.
