The room smells like dog so bad I can not sleep here.

We checked in, were given card keys to a room that was occupied. Went back to the front desk, explained the situation and the lady at the front was surprised, but didn’t even apologize. Gave us a new room and unfortunately one of the key cards we’re not working, sighhhhh. Go in the room and noticed hair all over the bed, stains on the carpet and remote wasn’t working. The walls are thin and the rooms are run down. Never again!

I recently stayed at an Extended Stay America property and, regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by a pervasive onion odor, smell of food and the bathroom was plagued by a distinct mildew smell. The common areas were no better; both the hallways and the front lobby were filled with the unmistakable scent of marijuana, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere especially when traveling with little children. Smelled very strongly of weed. Staff was extremely nice, but very sketchy hotel overall.

The room was very dirty and we saw a roach. There was mold on the bottom of the sheets. I would never stay here.
