Upon arrival, my husband saw a bug on his pillow. It was a bed bug. We took a picture of it and it was positively identified. There was no other room, so we had to find a different hotel to stay for the night.
Staff was very nice but for an extended stay the hotel was very run down. Air conditioner raddled while running. Although dishes, glasses, pan, coffee pot ect were available at the front desk it is very inconvenient for the guest not to have these items in the room. Refrigerator was rusted. They said call us and we will bring what you need but there was no phone in the room. Middle ground Beds were lumpy and worn down. Clean rooms but uncomfortable sleeping. Showers took awhile to heat up and low pressure in shower.
When I checked in. Took a long time for somebody to open the door because it was after 11. They put me on the third floor and then told me the elevator wasn’t working. Website said they had breakfast free, but they only thing they offered was bad coffee and granola bars.
Not so clean had to request a new shower curtain because they are cloth and had been there long enough to make the bathroom smell terribly like wet cloths staff was slow and seemed under skilled but extremely nice and I’ll take that over a stuck up rude person anyday

I was not able to get into the building after dinner with my wife as the scanner would not read my key. I picked up the phone to get attention of staff and they stared at us from inside the lobby. Our room was on the first floor near the front desk and we could hear the lobby phone going off and people banging on the door trying to get in most of the night and other hotel guests not being able to get in. Cut every corner and failed. No housekeeping until checkout. Floors were sticky. Breakfast was muffins and instant oatmeal. Cups and glasses had to be checked out from the desk...
