Room is terrible and bathroom toilet leaks and smells constantly. The weekly rate is entirely too e pensive

The outside property was beautiful, inside was cluttered, boxes and trash everywhere as they were doing a refresh. No signage or apologies for mess. Continental breakfast did not consider any food allergy preferences. Room was fair, heard barking dogs all night.
The room was dirty when we check in second week booking rate was changed by mgr to local rate on walkin extra charges for early check in on second week when we were already there charged for first night when flight was delayed and we arrived to the hotel at 11:30 pm
Our room was average at best. The tiled area in the room was sticky throughout, the carpet was gross and the room smelled like animals. The sheets were clean but we opted to sleep in our clothes and not shower. I placed the wash cloths on the wood so I could put my phone, jewelry and such items down. I have no idea how this property was rated 7.2/10
Bathroom fan didn’t work. Card hardly work half of the time. Some days I had to let my SO in when he went out to smoke. 24/7 staff was never there late Night. Staff was rude. No garbage can at elevators like the staff mentioned. Most Outlet didn’t work, had to share 1 outlet when charging multiple device.
The refrigerator looked all rusted and dirty on the outside. The stove burner was dirty and very old. The area was very shady with random people hanging around in the parking lot. Definitely felt unsafe.
