When I first checked in The door was broken in two rooms that had nothing to do with me and I ask to be transferred to a different room and the staff was upset like it was my fault the rooms doors were broken she didn’t want to transfer me to another room she said their policy they can’t transfer rooms I explained to her those doors being broken has nothing to do with me and it’s out of my control so my room should’ve been transferred automatically and I should’ve got one room complementary instead I was giving a late check ... read more

This morning, the front desk representative was incredibly rude. When I inquired about additional coffee, she responded with a dismissive attitude, stating, “I just filled it.” She then walked away, huffing and puffing, without uttering a single word. My husband and I were so displeased that we decided to check out earlier than we had originally planned.

There were stray hairs left on the bed, in the hand towel, and on the shower curtain. Breakfast consisted of packaged mini muffins, plain oatmeal packets, and nutrigrain bars. No coffee maker in the room.

The breakfast was grab & go but it was sad looking few breakfast bars , oatmeal, store muffins. But the worst was the refrigerator was making noises-knocking like - all night. We did not get much sleep. The shower took a long time to get hot, when it did only for a couple of minutes and got cooler and loss pressure, like other rooms must had showers on.
