BEWARE — a Stay in HELL!!! Power went out a couple hours after checking in for a 2 day stay. We were stumbling around in total darkness which was a huge safety hazard! There was no hot water for a shower, we could not use the kitchen at all, the oven looked like it had NEVER been cleaned w a ton of caked on food so I wouldn’t have used it even if it had power. There was no continental breakfast offered the next morning, and all of our own food went bad in the fridge since the power was not restored for over 30 hours! I could... read more

Disappointing The receptionist was not friendly. I stayed there 7 years ago without issues. Yesterday was a whole different story. The whole 3rd floor smelled, including our room, with an oil based food smell. The receptionist was unfriendly and made it seem like we were bothering her when we checked in. The hotel is run-down, door handle missing on the door going up the stairs, heavily stained carpet, the toilet wasn't working properly, not an inviting environment at all. This will be the last time we stay at this hotel.

Ladrones e incompetentes Ese hotel no tienen personal competente y el fron desk se cierra a las 11 pm es una verguensa. Ami no me isieron el chec in no avia personal en fron desck. Son unos ladrones e manejado 10 horas llego al hotel y estaba cerrado fron desk q verguensa de personal

I did NOT get to stay, but I was charged anyway. I made several (10) phone calls to the property to cancel and the line was never answered. Then I called Expedia’s call center and they directed me to the property’s call center again and I was told it was taken care of and canceled, and I would NOT be charged but the next morning I was charged anyhow
