We found dried pet feces under the bed. Upon entering the lobby to Check in, no one was at the front desk. Stood there several minutes before shouting “Hello” a couple of times. Finally a young lady arrived to assist me. I will NOT stay there again.

The breakfast wasn't a breakfast; it was packaged muffins, so-so coffee, instant oatmeal and granola bars. The hair dryer didn't work and I couldn't fit it back into the holder. I had brought my own so I didn't bother to tell the desk until I left. It was difficult to figure out how to watch TV. The cable didn't connect or didn't stay connected. The kitchenette was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

When entered room for first time, window was open....odd smell??? Breakfast Options are pathetic . No water to drink.

I booked this hotel through Expedia for a travel baseball tournament. It promised suitable accommodations for an extended stay and the logistics, etc. of tournament play. Arrived - they didn't have my reservation. Ping-pong blame game between Expedia and Extended Stay. Had confirmation - Extended Stay promised to make good, they didn't so walked out CX-ing. Lastly, Hotel smelled.
