Fire alarm went off at 4am, everyone had to stand outside in the cold for an hour.

Very nasty hair all I’m the bathroom like it hasn’t been clean

Extended Stay America- almost a homeless shelter Dirtiest hotel I have seen. Almost like a homeless shelter! Police came and questioned a hotel guest while we checked in. Horrible and unsafe surrounding! I will never stay in the hotel again !

It was terrible experience door was broken tried going in the keys wouldn’t work I went to the front desk and the police was called very unprofessional I lost my shoes in there and my car keys I had a very ruff time and I very horrible night the people staying at the hotel where doing Wierd activities it was a complete waste of time and money

I feel really disappointed really bad staff service ,we va attitude and being rude never again I would go to the place

Meh Not great. Lamp without a lightbulb, broken dresser drawers and dirty shower. Had to ask for a tv remote and coffee maker that i had to go back to the frobt desk to get. Kind of a meh experience.. way too much money for the kevel of room i received.
