i had to wait a while for someone to come to desk to check in,I had to go to the laundry to get another top cover because it had make up on it,the counters in the kitchen were stained,it smelled bad in the room and the workout room the equipment half way worked.

Book With Caution First the false advertisement of every day housekeeping is a lie. I had no housekeeping service all day and when I went to the front desk to see why? I was told that I would only get service after being there past 7 days. My booking was for 5 days. I would have to bring my own dirty towels down to the front desk to exchange them for clean towels. On top I was told that I had to take my own trash outside. There is no pool here so it didn't meet my accommodations for my kids. Very few tv channels to watch. Al... read more

Urine Stains, Musty and Moldy, Run Down Property I am overwhelming disappointed in not only the facility condition and customer service, but in the lack of honesty from the GM on duty who lied to Hotels.com about a group of individuals who checked out of the property and refused to honor a refund for nights unused. After only two nights inside the property, multiple individuals staying on our reservation indicated they were horse and coughing due to moldy, musty and smoke filled rooms. It was horrible and could not stay there. We had wong size bed. The was garbage in the hallway. We were not happy and left Staff was kind and understanding. Yhere was a family fighting when we got there. Staff adkef them to leave

Marijuana smell There was a marijuana smell on the floor we stayed. Not comfortable here with my family

The stove was not cleaned and the refrigerator needed defrosting. There was no stove vent present. The outside trash cans were completely full all the time. The male employees were very flirtatious. The price for houseware items was ridiculous.
