By far this was the worst experience in any hotel I have ever stayed in. I rented 2 rooms for my family so we could attend my sons college graduation. The first room had not been cleaned and when I reported it to the front desk, the front desk clerk never said a word to me. She picked up the phone, made me a new key and told me the new room number. The toilet was clogged, there was extreme noises coming from the second floor, as if there was a bawl going on. The front desk lady was not cooperative. She lied to me, when she told me to go back for an extra pillow, and when I showed up to pick it up, she said, “oh I am sorry, but we do not have extra pillows. She had an attitude, as if I was bugging her. Seems like her personal phone was more important. I do not recommend this place at all.

Roaches in the room, shower curtains molded, no Ice machine had to go to front desk to get a ice tray, didn’t have any clean dishes at the front desk

My family and I booked two rooms with this property. On the day of the check in, we came in early, realizing that we may have issues with checking in by 12 am we specifically asked if there would be any unforeseen discrepancies with the company policy of we checked in after 12am. The front desk clerk advised we couldn't check-in early and there would be no issues in checking in after 12am and she would make a note of it for the next clerk who'd be coming in later.
