Staff was not helpful. TV didnt work. Room was dirty.

This did not feel like a hotel at all. I am not certain, but it seemed like there were a lot of families actually living there. It was difficult to even get clean towels. You have to turn in your towels at the desk. They wash them, and give them back to you in a trash bag with your room number written in sharpie- unfolded. No coffee pot, hair dryer, kitchen accessories so the kitchen was useless. I would never stay again.
