I was told I must stay for two weeks before receiving cleaning service. Perhaps that is why I saw a huge bug upon entering the room. I had to clean the tub and spray the room. Although, there was a no smoke room it smelled a mixture of cigarettes and weed. ( instead of holding a $100 of my money, they should of paid me a $100 for staying). No, I will not stay at the Extended Stay on Wake Towne in the near future.

This property is dark outside and a lot of garbage and trash on the ground. Windows look dirty and dingy from parking lot. I asked to see the room I was going to be assigned, I was given the key and I went up to examine the room. I walked in the carpet was dirty.. the bed linen looked dingy. I went back downstairs and refused to take the room. I went up the street and stayed at the courtyard.. I don't recommend anyone stay in this property.

No Hot water. No ice machine. People from foreign countries all over the place. Is our govt paying to house them there?? Keep away

Front desk couldn’t find my reservation so I had to pay out of pocket and when we finally got to the room there were roaches and not to mention the several homeless people staying around the property

Stay away from this property. It is a seedy motel with risky clients and an unsafe vibe. The rooms stink of smoke, the hallways are littered and the 'guests' are dodgy. Not a place for business or casual travellers
