It was nasty, drug deals, and drug products left on the ac unit in the room. Water had black stuff coming out when you cut it on and it sputtered.

Dirty, unkept, confusing to find with 2 other Extended Stays on same street. Did I mention Dirty? Windows didn't lock. Trash in elevators and halls. Low water pressure in showers. Went back to car to keep my pistol in the room with me as lots of people wandering the halls at all hours.

Worst stay ever at a Extended Stay America Suites. The building looks rundown. The hallway carpet is stained and dirty with litter in the hallway. At night the hallways smelled of cannabis. The shower had mold in the corners. The furniture in the room had stains and I did not even want to sit in the chair. The appliances were dated. The fridge was dirty on the outside. Carpet was filthy, parking lot full of trash. People sitting outside next to their cars smoking and listening to music. Smoke was blowing back towards our room, ac was pulling the smoke into room.

The staff was friendly. It was the people saying there that made the stay unpleasant. Someone kept knocking on my door asking me if I smoke smh.

Never Again The staff are friendly and helpful; however, the condition of the property and the rooms are terrible. The room smelled of smoke, the drapery was old and tattered. The kitchen though clean had cracks in the cabinet veneer. the dressers were damaged. No one had cleaned under the bed; we found a pair of sneakers. It looks like a welfare motel. It is not that inexpensive and this company should be ashamed.
