The front desk lady WAS RUDE, gave one key and didn’t even tell me where my room was

The property smelled. It was excessively scented to cover it up. The furniture was over used and appliances we rusted. Staff could not be nicer or kinder.

AC defective. Room dirty. Like a college dorm. Smelled of incense and pot

This is a beat up rundown place. Fridge, stovetop burners and microwave were at least 20 years old. Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Carpet and floors were not clean. The "residents" wandered the lobby wearing bedroom shoes and sat out on the covered entrance smoking. My husband has cancer and is very sensitive to cigarette smoke. When we pulled in to the parking lot, there was a man lying on the walkway and we watched him get up finally and go inside. Will not ever use this chain again.
