The shower doesnt work right, the sink drain was broke, the lady in front desk very rude, not friendly at all, i feel like she doesnt like latinos! I feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable

Probably the worst place I have ever stayed. Front desk staff rude, did not want to accommodate our bed size request. Children sitting in the halls playing, food all over floor. Loud music. Yelling. Toilet didn’t work. Carpet stained. Smokey in room all night. Bathroom smelled like weed. Elevator didn’t work half the night. People in halls yelling, partying most of night.

This is a welfare hotel. I understand that all people neeed somewhere too live. However; it should be told up front. I will not book that ESA ever again.

Not good I can't believe elderly this place was as you can see in the pictures bugs mildew in the shower it was just old and dirty can't believe hotels.com put a place like this put on their website

This is a horrible hotel. We got flea bites on our ankles; the smell on the hallway is horrible. Never staying here again.

Other then the lady that helped me check in! Nothing else was probably working! Couldn’t flash the toilet! Towel was used and hang in the shower from whoever was staying there before me! Smells like weed all over the place! The main door lock was broken!!!! Breakfast was advertised when i was trying to book it but i was told that they don’t serve any kinda breakfast ... Very unclean, and i wasn’t feeling right about safety overall
