Customer service was great but the air didn’t work well only one outlet worked and the water took a while to get hot

bad smell all old the toilet horrible the water does not drain etc

They were too many things about the room, all of which I photographed for future reference. I will definitely not stay at this location again, The room was just not in good shape

Great Staff, but WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! Lobby/hallways smelt like a cigarette & mold combo. Staff was friendly & let me check in early! The elevator had a note stating water will be cut off from 8am until contractors are done finding the water leak. Fortunately at 12pm i had water in my room. Unfortunately my room smelt like "a grandpa" u know that classic aftershave smell you associate with a grandpa. The fridge had a 2wk old dead fish smell, so i was unable to use it in fear of any food acquiring said taste. The toi... read more

Actually the only thing i liked was the staff. They really need to stop people from smoking cigarettes there.

My room door was open when I initially went to my room, not sure if housekeeping left it open or someone else, but the door was ajar. The bathroom looked like someone had just put clean towels and left the tub and sink dirty. There was a used hotel shower gel on the counter. The room had a very odd smell. It was cold at night and the window unit would shut off, I had to turn it back on twice during the night. The beds were full size beds, not the queen size that is advertised.
