H O R R I B L E , highly do not recommend! Save your money and stay elsewhere. The hotel strongly smelled of marijuana and cigarettes, beds were not clean (I was itchy) people coming in & out at all time throughout the night. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever! Did not even sleep at all! If I could give zero stars, I WOULD.

Keep looking I truly understand you get what you pay for, but the pictures used to describe the property must’ve been for when they first opened. Between Fire trucks, EMS personnel and law-enforcement on a daily basis, nothing says sweet dreams while someone is bouncing a ball in the room above you until about 2 AM. Very unexpected Room 323 has bedbugs. I checked out in under 2 hrs I think most of the rooms have them and the front desk was very rude she made me wait and left her daughter unattended to go smoke a cig for 20-30min my whole experience was disturbing.

Omg never again. I wasn’t expecting four seasons cause duh but I always wasn’t expecting to wake up with bug bites over my body(six) or to see roaches while using the bathroom. I’m good. My bar for ESA is already low and this problem still disappointed.

My initial room had issues. The facet didn’t work properly. There was also a wig in the draw and the hangers provided had red gunk all over it. After switching rooms the sheets provided had stains. The customer service was great which made up for the mishap.

The property was fine but its more like a shelter for people with drug problems..the room smelled really dirty even though sheets and towels were clean .. it was noisy after 1am on a weekday slamming doors ,talking loudly some verbal fighting.. would not stay there again
