Very noisy with people talking in the hallway after midnight! The front desk rug needs cleaning.

The property was fine, we had to pay again with a personal credit card, when we already payed online. This was an inconvenience and really disappointing.

Knew I was going be there after check in time, so I called to let them know what time I would be there. When I get there my room had been canceled and there was no rooms available..
Starts with the manager The manager was the rudest I’ve met and had no professionalism or compassion in the least. She gossiped with one of her employees about hotel guests and didn’t know we overheard. I would not recommend this hotel based solely on Nancy
Rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Hotel.com should take them as an option to stay at.
BedBugs!!!! Mom was bitten.All over here body. Mgr was rude and act as if she didnt care.
First and foremost I want to be reimbursed or refunded for how bad the services and conditions were. If not a reimbursement I at least would like I deal on a better hotel because I was recommended to stay at a bad hotel by an Expedia agent.
