I can’t really judge the facility for cleanliness because I never got to see or use the room I paid for in advance. I needed the room for morning/daytime hours so I reserved for 2 days. Everyone knows check-in at most hotels is in the afternoon. The desk rep said they sold my room to someone else since I didn’t arrive the evening of the first day of my reservation. The property is disgusting! There are roaches in the rooms. There are addicts and alcoholics loitering on the grounds. This hotel needs to be removed from hotels.com.

Non-smoking floor smelled reeked with the smell of cigarettes. Loud- hard to sleep. Bed was dirty.

Extended stay Towel dont look clean ,bugs crawling around, room odar and it's a non smoking and still smell

Avoid at all costs! I was very uncomfortable the entire time (less than 12 hours!) I spent here. Not a great neighborhood, so bad impression from arrival, for starters. Check-in was fine, but I had no information in advance of my their policies which scream “we don’t trust our guests.” If I wanted any basic items for an =extended stay= place, a card at the front desk said that the “package you wanted would be delivered to your room. Horrible stay. Mine and my daughters stay here was horrible. There was black hairs on the sheets of the bed and the hotel smelled like smoke even though it said there was no smoking. They charged 50 for incidentals which I think is ridiculous seeing as they are allowing smoking and it wasn’t clean. I got charged less for a nice hotel. I was not happy at all with this place.
