Not good. Room was not ready upon arrival. Strong smoke smell throughout building. Woke up sneezing and coughing every day from something in the room. The building is falling apart in various areas. The staff is at least nice but seem complacent with everything coming apart around them.

Not good! The hotel was nothing as advertised. It was old and dirty. It seemed very sketchy.

Ac didnt work properly. The elevator was filthy. The night staff seemed like they just hated their job. The only great thing was the daytime staff.

Toilets don’t flush Cringeworthy. Neither the toilet nor the bathtub worked correctly causing there to be a smelly present for housekeeping. It becomes a major problem when the hotel doesn’t have working toilets, I don’t think it’s too much to ask to get a toilet that works.

Don’t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This Hotel does not belong in the searchable list. I don’t know what they call it in North Carolina but in New York we call this a transient hotel. I asked several locals about the hotel, and they referred to it as a Trap-house, which might be going a bit too far. But just a bit. Only because we got in well after midnight did we even spend the night in the room. A room which stunk of- I don’t know what. We all slept in our clothes- on top of the beds.

You don’t ever want to be there I had a 2 day reservation, upon check in, I regretted ever staying there and changed it immediately to one night. There was trash everywhere. In one word Terrible

More info needed I had no idea there would be no room service if I didnt pay extra. If I wanted toe kitchen items, I had to ask fo rd them. The best part of the experience was the pleasant staff. Just not the experience or cleanliness I have had at other Extended Stays.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were way too hard, the sheets were rough, the towels were thin, the water was not hot, there was no shampoo. And the breakfast consisted of coffee and packets of instant cereal.
