Wouldn't stay at this property again bad experience with smoke issues.

Room overall ok. No towels in bathroom. Bed hard and flat pillows. Pillows had no pillow cases on them. Hotel could use a refresh as it seemed a bit worn overall. Appeared to have low income families living there. Could hear kids running all over the place. Was reassuring to have Mr Glock locked and loaded.

Extended stay west worst hotel First off extended stay west where I was staying was horrible it's chubby lightskin girl who works at night in she was too busy playing in being ratchet ignoring customers having attitudes then she put me in 5 rooms bc the first three wasn't cleaned somebody was asleep in one of them that was supposed to be open for customers the Indian houseman kept walking in my room woke up middle of the night in he was trying to sneak out it is by far the worst of extended stays

Don’t go there One of the worst the bed felt like a cardboard , microwave made crazy noise & place smelled !!!

Rock and Roll Weekend When I made the reservation the location was perfect. The outside was so nice, the person who checked me in was great! But when I got to the floor it was trash in the hall. People running up and down the hall. Then I noticed the next night people actually reside at this hotel. I felt like I was in the projects!! Loud noise all night long and I had to be at an event 6AM. To make matters worst It was a bed bug in my bed. I had two bites!!! I hope I can upload this picture.

Bed bugs Woke up with welps and bites have sent 4 emails with no response.

I didn't even stay my full night The only good thing about this stay is that I had a place to get dressed to go to the wedding i was attending. The paper thin walls magnified the noise so bad that i couldn't sleep. So we got up & checked out @ 2am. When i got there & used the elavator to go to my room it smelled like marijuana. I should have known my night wasn't going to be a good one. Very disappointed because the area is nice. They get you by being in a nice area... never again.

They’ll run you out, literally. At check in, we got there the same time as a pizza delivery guy and the girl rushed us through our check in. I asked for a later check out time when we leave the next day and she snapped at me “check out is at 11am or it’s an additional day”. Then she didn’t even give us our room number, I had to come back and ask for it. The next morning at 8am there was a bang on my door and someone saying “Miss!?” on the other side.
