The hotel room smelled like dusty old furniture. The shower still had the previous persons soap and there were insects crawling on the floor. The hotel itself was very outdated and I witnessed the cleaning staff entering a room and seconds later coming out and moving to the next room. The elevator sounded like it was scraping each time I went up and down it and it seemed very unsafe.

Bugs everywhere!!!! In the bathroom, on the walls, crawling in the beds!!!!

Shower curtain had mold on the corner. Towels were stained and not very clean—found hairs :( Sheets also had stains. Staff was nice. Property looked nice at a glance. Elevator in the morning had tons of trash and what looked like tobacco spit on the wall. Didn’t notice those things checking in.

The staff was absolutely wonderful... manager was excellent... needs a raise and promotion to training Manager.... Please consider Joa for a promotion....! Her staff was professional kind friendly and if the facility was upgraded I would stay wherever she was located.... Unfortunately the facilities are in poor condition... my first room had major issues..staff corrected and changed my room... thank you however WiFi issues the appliances was so dated I refused to cook... the carpet was horrible had to keep my shoes on... the... read more

Front desk staff are not welcoming or friendly. Hallways are dirty.

Property was dirty, hospitality was terrible. No one was never at the front desk.

Failures left and right I have dealt with extended stay in the past and it’s ysually a great experience but this time it was a total catastrophe. I had been in need of sleep from a long drive and being up all night into the morning and the afternoon that day and was ready to check into my room and sleep. When we got the keys the front desk clerk verified with the cleaning staff that the room was cleaned.
