Room keys stopped working. Room door was not able to shut. Wifi wasnt working.

Paid extra for a room with 2 beds. When I arrived, was given a room with a queen bed. Bathtub was disgusting. Mold in corner by wall. Tile work on walls had a sloppily done repair.

You get what you pay for....this was an inexpensive studio hotel for a one night stay before flying out. With a studio, there is no bathroom to buffer the hallway noise, so we hear every person talking in the hallway all night, and every elevator ding. The furniture didn't fit the spaces, so blocked parts of doorways. During the night, the compressor on the a/c unit began making this horrible noise that wouldn't stop. So little sleep. Upon entering hotel, all we could smell was strong stench of marijuana. Our room (238) was run down. Shower curtain too small, water sprayed onto floor. Toilet needs to be attached to floor, terrible loose when in use. No bedding for pull out, blood on mattress. No computefbyo print boarding passes. Smelled of smoke

We checked in, our key was activated to the wrong room. Once we got that corrected, or correct room was not clean. There was feces all over the toilet and a full garbage of food was under the sink. Not to mention the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Extended stay is currently refusing to refund us, even though we checked out immediately. Will not be staying at another extended stay as their cleanliness expectations are not habitable.
