horrible messed up my reservation and tried to send me to a different hotel. Drug needles in parking lot, pot being smoked openly in a "family friendly" pool area. Every time i had a question they said they "would have to call management" and get back to me and NEVER got back to me. Took over 24 hours to get a set of dishes. the list goes on. Couldnt even print a receipt for me...said they would email it - still waiting for it.....would not recommend.

First, google map had us going to a different hotel, taking a right instead of left. They advertised free shuttle from 4am to 10pm and that was incorrect. The front desk clerk did not even try to accommodate my need for shuttle even though that is primarily the reason I choose the place.

The room was very dirty, cheap and it smelled!! The air conditioner didn’t work right. Never again!!!

doors to hotel were not working properly. shower curtin in room 235 had mold at bottom of it. nob to turn shower on is broken and almost about to come off wall. morning service was very poor. front desk clerk was rude and didnt want to assist with putting more breakfast food out.poor service over all. lots of activty going on within the facility late at night.

The grounds of this property are horrible. Nasty cigarette butts are everywhere. From the parking lot up to the doors. There is a sign posted NO SMOKING within an 100 ft., but right under the sign is a trash bin with a cigarette top and millions of cigarette butts on and around the trash can. Also, this can is placed by the back door where the key access has fallen off the wall. So now, in order to access the side door you have to slide you guest key in the device on top of the nasty cigarette/trash can.

Filthy, ac not working, no coffee pot in room halls not clean up trash can. Left in Hall after fire that morning, I checked in at 9pm . the worst place I ever stopped!!!!!!

When I first arrived to inquire about an early check in, the gal at the front dest was on the phone; a cell phone so I am unsure if the nature was the call was personal or professional. Regardless, she didn't acknowledge me while I stood at the desk. Not a look up, not a hello, or even a gesture to let me know she knew I was there.
